REDDIT ATIVAN EXPERIENCES ANXIETY

So I'm totally freaking out over this anxiety, right? Like it's consuming me. My doc put me on Ativan 1mg and I gotta say, it's been a game changer. Reddit's got some wild stories about Ativan, some good, some weird. I've seen people saying it helps wind down, but also a few people it makes spaced out. Personally, I just chill.
